1. Who we are
Footactica ("we", "us") is a football tactics web app operated from Malishevë, Kosovo. You can reach us at info@footactica.com.
2. What we collect
- Account: your email address and password (stored in encrypted form), or your name and email if you sign in with Google.
- Your content: boards, drills, settings and photos you add, so that they are available when you sign in.
- Subscription: your plan, payment requests, status and dates, coupon codes you use and the payment method you choose (bank transfer or cash). We never see or store card numbers.
- Technical: your language, theme and cookie choice, saved in your browser, and basic server logs needed to run and protect the site.
- Analytics: only if you accept, Google Analytics records the pages you visit, your approximate location and your device type.
3. Why we use it
- To provide the service and manage your account and subscription (contract).
- To send account emails such as confirmation and password reset (contract).
- To keep the service secure and to meet legal obligations, for example keeping payment records.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it, only with your consent.
We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
4. Cookies and browser storage
Footactica stores your settings, your sign-in session and your boards in your browser so the app works. Google Analytics cookies (_ga and _ga_*) are set only after you click Accept. You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of the home page.
5. Who processes your data
- Cloud infrastructure providers: database, sign-in, file storage and website hosting.
- Google: Google Analytics (if you accept) and Google sign-in (if you use it).
- Our email provider: sending of account emails.
These providers act on our instructions. They may process data outside your country, including in the EU and the United States, under standard safeguards.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your data within 30 days, except records we must keep by law, such as payment records.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to withdraw consent at any time. Write to info@footactica.com. You may also complain to the data protection authority in your country, for example the Information and Privacy Agency in Kosovo.
8. Security
We use HTTPS and access controls to protect your data. No online service is completely secure, so please choose a strong password.
9. Children
Footactica is not meant for people under 16. If you think a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is important, we will tell you on the site.
